XMaza (https://xmaza1.co) respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright complaints concerning material indexed or streamed on our pages. This page explains how rights owners, authorised agents, and platform partners can request review or removal, and what viewers should understand about the process.

Our Role

We catalogue Indian ULLU and OTT web series for adult audiences. Most video files are hosted on third-party infrastructure or originate from platform feeds we do not control. XMaza does not claim ownership of ULLU, ALTT, Kooku, CinePrime, Rabbit, Atrangii, or other trademarks — we describe and link content so viewers can discover it. When a rights holder asserts that a specific URL on https://xmaza1.co infringes their copyright, we investigate promptly.

Filing a Takedown Notice

Send a written notice to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Takedown”. Include all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — official title, platform, episode if relevant, and proof you own rights or are authorised to act (studio letter, platform dashboard screenshot, or registration reference).
  2. Identification of the infringing material — the full URL(s) on https://xmaza1.co you want reviewed. Generic complaints without URLs cannot be processed.

We may restore material after the statutory waiting period unless the complainant initiates legal action.

Repeat Infringers

XMaza maintains a policy to terminate repeat infringement by uploaders or partners where we control the underlying account. Because we primarily index third-party streams, our practical remedy is delisting specific pages and blocking re-upload patterns tied to the same fingerprint.

False Claims

Misrepresenting infringement — including targeting competitors or fair descriptive use — may expose you to liability under applicable law. Submit only good-faith notices.

Response Times

Complete notices are typically acknowledged within three business days and actioned within a reasonable period depending on complexity. Incomplete notices will be returned with a request for missing fields.

Viewer Questions

Viewers who notice a broken link or duplicate upload should use Contact rather than this DMCA channel. Copyright enforcement mail goes to [email protected] only.

After a Takedown

When material is removed, we may display a short notice on the former URL indicating the page is unavailable for copyright reasons. We do not publicly name the complainant. Restored content, when applicable, returns with updated metadata only — never with commentary on the dispute itself.

Platform Partners

Official OTT platforms with bulk catalog concerns may request a standing contact by writing from a corporate domain. Provide a list of authorised works and preferred labelling conventions; we will align taxonomy where feasible without compromising navigational clarity for viewers.
